Our main business is to elect one trustee to a three-year term ending on June 30, 2028. 

This is to add to the one trustee whose term ends in 2026 and three trustees whose terms end in 2027.

The candidate for Trustee, Charlotte Horton AB'13, is a RMHUC member whose name has been put forward by the Trustees' Nominating Committee.

Members are asked to submit their proxies and any additional resolutions to be considered at the Annual Meeting to the Trustees by July  28, 2025 at 12:00pm MDT.  Please send your email to RMHUC Trustees.

The Trustees are the statutory governing body of the Club and are elected for 3-year terms.  The Trustees appoint the Officers of the Club: President, Secretary and Treasurer, who generally also serve on the Steering Committee.
