DMNS Paleontology Tour
A special chance to chat with one of the Museum's paleontologists and see his lab
The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is offering us a special, behind-the-scenes look at its paleontology lab and collection space on August 15 from 9-10 am. Dr. Ian Miller, one of the museum’s paleontologists, will show us how the museum processes fossils and tell us about some of the museum’s current projects. Guests of all ages are welcome to attend. Please RSVP by August 8 so we can let the museum know how many will be attending.
There is no charge for the tour, and it does not include admission to the Museum, which will be open from 9:00 to 5:00 that day in case you'd like to visit it following the tour. If you are not a member of the Museum and have a Denver Public Library card, you can gain free admission to the Museum by making an advance reservation. See https://www.denverlibrary.org/blog/stacey/gain-access-local-museums-your-library-card for information.
