Harvard Beats Yale 29-29
Screening of the film, BBQ dinner, & CLIMB summer intern program. A family & friends event of the Harvard and Yale clubs.
This movie is a delightful celebration of football and the wonderful Yale and Harvard men who played it so well on that spine-tingling day. The documentary includes game footage, interviews with the likes of Tommy Lee Jones and other players on the 1968 teams, and contextual commentary about the social and political issues of the 60s.
We will show the film in the theater at the home of Marti Page Yale ‘02. Doors open at 6:00; the film starts at 7:15 pm. Bring family, friends, classmates!
Bono’s BBQ is providing dinner, and we ask for $10 to cover the refreshments.
The CLIMB (Colorado Leaders, Interns, and Mentors in Business) summer intern program is entering its sixth year. It brings undergraduates and graduating students from Yale, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Middlebury, and Williams to Denver for 10 week summer jobs, group housing, events, and mentors. Donations will help enlarge the program that brought 22 students to Denver last summer.
