Was born / grew up in Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL. Has been in Colorado since 2004. Lives in Commerce City.

- Millsaps / BA / English

History with RMHUC:
- Has led community service events since 2012; served as Treasurer from 2013-16; becamse President in 2016; Trustee since 2012.
- After law school, I clerked for two years with a federal district court judge in Atlanta.
- I then moved to Colorado in 2004 and started working with the large Denver-based law firm of Holland & Hart. I became a partner in 2012, and my practice is primarily appellate law.
Current or significant past volunteer organizations:
- I served on a committee that developed a pro bono program for the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and for the past several years I have chaired the committee that is administering that program.
- I regularly volunteer for and previously coordinated my law firm's efforts with Meals on Wheels.
- I am actively involved with the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Women's Bar Association.
Other interests / hobbies / passions:
- I spend a lot of time juggling work with my family life - a husband and three kids. We like to do things together as a family, like heading to the mountains in our camper, visiting musems, or going whitewater rafting.
- My husband is an avid rafter, and originally worked as a rafting guide in Peru, where we met. When we can, we visit his family in Peru and mine in Alabama.
