The Colorado Ivy-Plus Coalition

This informal alliance of Colorado alumni organizations offers reciprocal privileges for their members and sponsors monthly happy-hour events in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins

The Rocky Mountain Harvard University Club belongs to Colorado Ivy-Plus.  This consists of little more than a e-mail list that connects officers of the member alumni organizations.  You will find no link to a home page here, because they do not have a website.  In fact, there have been no organizational meetings since March, 2009.

The alumni organizations involved are from the eight Ivy-League colleges plus MIT, Northwestern, Stanford, the University of Chicago, and perhaps more.

Of particular interest to Harvard alums who also are alums of another of these schools is a directory maintained by John Boak, the president of the Colorado Yale Association.

Through the mailing list, alumni clubs can inform other club leaders of events to which members of other clubs are invited.  If the host club offers discounts to its members, the same discount will be offered to members of the other clubs.  From time to time, an event organized by another club will be announced on the RMHUC website.  The RMHUC's role in this case is simply to inform our alums that the event is available to them.  Reservations, payment, etc. are between the Harvard alum and the other club.

Colorado Ivy-Plus also arranges monthly happy hours in three Colorado cities.
