Come see the Aspen in full splendor: a half-mile higher than, yet so close to the Mile-
High City at just over a half-hour southwest of downtown Denver!

Starting at 10 AM, club members, their friends, and families are invited to visit Elk Creek
Fire Station 1 (11993 Blackfoot Rd, Conifer, CO 80433 - most easily accessed from US-
285 (Southbound toward Fairplay, if coming from Denver), Richmond Hill Road exit).
Folks of all ages will be offered tours of the station and its equipment, rides on vehicles,
and especially fun activities for junior firefighters. Lunch, including hamburgers, hot
dogs, and vegetarian fare, will be offered at noon.

Adults and Children Over 12: $10 for / with members, $20 for / with non-members.
Children 12 and Younger: Free.

Please sign up no later than October 15, 2019.
(All children must be accompanied by at least one adult; however, individual
adults may accompany more than one child.)

* ECFD is responsible for all non-law enforcement emergencies in nearly 100
square miles of western Jefferson County and a small sliver of eastern Park
County. It is a ‘combination’ fire service with 9 paid / career firefighter /
emergency responders, and about four times as many equally trained
volunteers. This department provides full services: fire (structural, wildland,
and vehicular), rescue, search, and medical emergencies.
