Speaker Series 2015: Ron Faleide MDS '91

"2000 years of Sustainability: from Vitruvius and Palladio to Wright and Zumthor." Tuesday, March 31st, join architect Ron Faleide MDS '91 for his discussion of sustainable architecture in a historical context.

The Harvard Rocky Mountain Harvard University Club invites you to join us for the second installment of the 2015 Speaker Series.  Free and open to the public, these events provide a forum for learning and discussion of interesting topics relevant to Denver and beyond.

Tuesday, March 31st, Ron Faleide will talk about sustainable architecture.  While this matter has entered the public discourse through LEED certification and green buildings, sustainability is not a recent development; in fact, it was a primary concern of the earliest architects.  Mr. Faleide, who won American Institute of Architecture awards in 2004 and 2011, will discuss contemporary notions of sustainability.  Discussion will follow the 6:30 presentation.

Free guest parking is available at 1st and Madison, just west of the Daniels Fund building.  Accessible underground parking is available with advance notice.  Please contact me at jkjkcostello@gmail.com to make such arrangements.
